The difference with this model of arrows is that the tail (the feathers) is made of soft rubber instead of hard plastic, giving different flight performance. The big advantage is that you can repair the arrows by replacing damaged feathers.

Take care to use a suitable target: a target with too low a density will let the arrow penetrate too deeply and you'll damage the tail.
