What is a V-Bar?

It's the aluminum or carbon accessory that allows mounting 2 side stabilizers on the bow for greater stability, balance, and therefore more consistency in shooting.

It's mainly used on recurve bows that can install side rods symmetrically, which corresponds to their bow's geometry and mechanics.

Once the side rods are fixed, the shape obtained is that of a "V", hence its name.

It can be:

- fixed: angles are fixed and non-adjustable (generally between 35 and 45°)
- adjustable: allows free adjustment of angles and side rod inclination

What is a One-Bar?

The One-Bar (or Single Side Bar) is used on compound bows that generally only need one side stabilizer, placed opposite to the scope to counterbalance its weight.

Most models allow detachment from the central mount, which enables the archer to place the side rod lower or further back on the bow to further optimize the bow's balance.

What is an offset mount?

The offset mount is mainly used on compound bows and allows you to angle the central stabilizer.

What is a connector?

It's a joining piece between a stabilizer and another part (V-Bar, One-Bar...).

It can also have angles to fine-tune the adjustment.

It often comes with the Quick Lock System: a cylinder that's screwed onto the stabilizer, which inserts into the connector and allows quick assembly and disassembly by only tightening or loosening a quarter turn!
