Information about COVID-19 and Hattila.com

Dear Customers,

In this time of the greatest health crisis ever known, we want to reassure you with our presence and advice.

Hattila.com continues to operate and ship packages, as you may have noticed many of our products are out of stock, this is due to the fact that since the beginning of March crossbow sales have increased and suppliers have not yet been restocked.

We will receive product restocks and we will try to keep the website up to date.

The delivery times shown on our website are indicative and may vary if a supplier cannot deliver to us.

EK Archery products will be restocked around May 15th and approximately once a month.
Barnett will be restocked in May
Excalibur will be restocked in May and June
Unbranded crossbows will be restocked as often as possible as long as suppliers have stock.

Payment:

We have disabled bank transfer payments as it is time-consuming and complicated to process refunds by bank transfer in case of cancellation.

Delivery:

Mondial Relay has been completely stopped and all packages that have been dropped off at relay points are currently irretrievable. Free delivery for orders over €80 through Mondial Relay is therefore not possible at the moment.

The Colissimo service continues to be provided by La Poste, although packages over 10kg (such as targets) should be avoided and DPD Predict should be preferred for these. Post office collections are only made from Wednesday to Friday, so a package prepared on Monday can only be shipped on Wednesday.

DPD Predict continues almost normally, with the only difference being that they no longer make collections-deliveries on Wednesday and Friday.
