Hello Dear Customers,
At a time of the greatest health crisis ever known, we'd like to reassure you with our presence and our advice.
Hattila.com continues to operate and ship packages, as you may have noticed many of our products are out of stock, this is due to the fact that since the beginning of March crossbow sales have increased and suppliers have not yet been restocked.
We'll be receiving product replenishments and trying to keep the website up to date.
The delivery times announced on our site are indicative and may vary if a supplier is unable to deliver.
EK Archery products will be restocked around May 15 and about once a month.
Barnett will be restocked in May
Excalibur will be restocked in May and June.
Non-branded crossbows will be restocked as often as possible as long as suppliers have stock.
Payment :
We have deactivated payment by bank transfer as it is time-consuming and complicated to make a refund by bank transfer in the event of cancellation.
Delivery :
Mondial Relay has been completely shut down, and all parcels dropped off at relay points are currently irretrievable. The free Mondial Relay delivery for orders over €80 is therefore not possible at the moment.
The Colissimo service continues to be provided by La Poste, although parcels weighing more than 10kg (such as targets) should be avoided, and DPD Predict should be used instead. La Poste pick-ups are only made from Wednesday to Friday, so a parcel prepared on Monday can only leave on Wednesday.
DPD Predict continues as normal, the only difference being that they no longer make pick-ups and deliveries on Wednesdays and Fridays.
