Cold Steel fixed blade slicer knife : highly effective

The Cold Steel fixed blade slicer knife has a 400 steel blade that has been cryogenically hardened and precision ground. It has a razor sharp edge which allows it to perform many tasks. Some models with serrated edges are not to be outdone. This knife has a high quality handle made of hard Zy-Ex and soft Kray-Ex with a grid pattern. It is extremely safe in the hand and offers a unique knife handling experience. The models in this series can be purchased individually or delivered in a set. A set usually contains an oak countertop stand and a copy of each knife except for the meat knife, which is sold separately in set of six.
