Description

Fake string for Cobra R9 80 and 90 lb mini crossbows

Use this dummy string to cock your bow and then install your string. The dummy string fits over the headstocks at the ends of the bow and locks into the trigger mechanism like your real string. So you can easily string your bow.

The Cobra R9 crossbow has special notches in the headstocks to catch the fake string.
For other crossbows, you need to position the dummy string diagonally across the headstocks to allow the string to slip into place when you remove the dummy string.

ATTENTION: this dummy string is not perfectly adapted to 80 lbs crossbows. It can help you with assembly, but not with disassembly, where it will be useless.

    Très utile, voire indispensable pour changer une corde d'arbalète, en toute sécurité. Les bricolages maison sont à proscrire le danger est réel en cas de rupture. Un modèle polyvalent me semble réalisable, mais bon $$$$$
