Description

Cold Steel scottish broad sword : strong and sharp

Cold Steel® has chosen to make its own interpretation of the famous Cold Steel scottish broad sword, the infamous knife family weapon of the Highland clans. It features a long, double-edged blade and a distinctive basket. Hand forged, expertly heat treated and beautifully polished with a triple tread, the 1055 high carbon steel blade is capable of passing the rigorous British proof test. The sword's basket hilt is made of blued steel with a wooden handle covered in rayskin and wrapped in wire. Finally, the Broadsword is safely housed in a wood and leather scabbard with a blued steel clevis and throat.
